What’s included in the rental?

Each unit comes fully furnished with high-speed WiFi, linens, kitchen essentials, and HVAC. Utilities are included unless otherwise specified. Laundry is located just a 2 minute walk away next to the pharmacy.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, all stays are 30 nights or longer in accordance with local laws. All long-term stays (30+ days) require a signed lease agreement, credit check, and background check in accordance with local rental regulations. We’re happy to walk you through the process!

Do I need to sign a lease?

Yes. A legally binding lease, along with a credit and background check, is required for all guests. It helps ensure a safe, respectful environment for everyone.

Can I book instantly online?

No. All bookings are handled individually and in-person. Once you’re approved, we’ll schedule a check-in appointment to hand off keys and verify ID.

How do I check in?

Check-In Time: Initial check-in is available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guests must check in during this time unless prior arrangements have been approved by management.

Identification Requirement: A valid, state-issued ID is required upon check-in for all guests listed on the booking. The IDs must match the names provided in the booking request.

Do you offer discounts?

We’re proud to support those contributing to our community and staying a little longer.

Local Contracts & Seasonal Work: Special rates are available for guests with short-term local contracts — including wine harvest interns, teachers, travel nurses, and other temporary workers.

Extended Stays: Enjoy a discount for each additional month beyond your first, with even greater savings available when you pay multiple months in advance.

Do you require a deposit?

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit helps cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning. It will be returned in full provided the unit is left in good condition. Deposit payment details will be provided once your application is approved.

How is payment accepted?

Payments can be made either monthly or in full using a variety of convenient payment methods, including Zelle, PayPal, Cash, Check, or Apartments.com. Payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation. Note that PayPal payments include a small processing fee while other methods are fee-free. Please let us know your preferred method when securing your reservation.

Is there parking available?

Yes, street parking is available nearby. Let us know in advance if you need dedicated or longer-term parking arrangements.

Are pets allowed?

Yes—we welcome well-behaved pets and assistance animals! Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing one so we can prepare extra sofa covers and blankets for a clean, cozy stay.

Here’s a quick overview of our policy:

  • Pets: $150 fee per pet.
  • Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals (ESA): No fee, but must meet behavior expectations (see below).
  • All animals must be housebroken, under control at all times, and never left alone in the unit without prior approval.
  • Animals are not allowed in shared areas unless leashed or harnessed.
  • We require proof of current vaccinations at check-in.
  • Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is illegal and will result in eviction without a refund.
